Ramsey County Care Center is at 2000 White Bear Avenue in Maplewood.
Take Highway 36 to White Bear Avenue in Maplwood.
Go south 0.8 miles until White Bear Avenue intersects with Frost Avenue.
Turn left to enter the Ramsey County Care Center grounds.
Cerenity Care Center is at 514 Humboldt Avenue in Saint Paul.
Take I-94 or I-494 to Highway 52.
Take the Concord Street exit and turn right on Cesar Chavez Street
After 0.4 miles, veer left on George Street.
After another 0.4 miles, turn right on Humboldt Avenue.
Go north one block on Humboldt and turn right again at Robie Street and follow
the driveway.
Rose Pointe is at 2555 Hamline Ave North in Roseville
Take Highway 36 to Hamline. Go north 1/2 mile on Hamline and turn left into
the driveway when you see the Rose Pointe sign.
Johanna Shores is at 3220 Lake Johanna Boulevard in Arden Hills
Take 35W to County Road D.
Go east 0.6 miles to Lake Johanna Boulevard
Turn left (north) and go about one block, and then turn right into the Johanna
Shoresdriveway.
After you enter the driveway, go left and down the hill. Park in the parking
lot at the bottom of the hill.
Walk to the entrance at the north end of the parking lot. It's by the flag
poles, and the numerals 3220 are displayed above and to the right
of the door.
When you are inside, go to the right and walk past the wall display
of Johanna Shores history. Take the next right turn.
After you walk a short distance, you'll come to a wall. The entrance to
Fellowship Hall, a.k.a. Johanna Shores Chapel, is a few steps to the left.
Lyngblomsten is at 1415 Almond Avenue in St. Paul.
Take Snelling Avenue to Midway Parkway (across from the state fairgrounds main
entrance).
Go east two blocks to Pascal.
Turn right and take Pascal south to Almond.
Turn left on Almond. Lyngblomsten will be on your left.
Go past the "Lyngblomsten Apartments" parking lot, and park in the
"Lyngblomsten Care Center Visitor Parking" lot.
Go in the main entrance on the south side of the building, under the large
numeral 1415.
Turn right when you get inside the building. Walk past the elevators and turn
left by
the bird cage.
Walk past the rest rooms, and you will see the chapel on your right.
